Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

This easy sheet pan meal is packed with flavor and comes together with minimal cleanup—perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
3 bell peppers (any color), sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lime

Optional for serving:
Warm tortillas
Sliced avocado
Salsa or pico de gallo
Greek yogurt or sour cream
Fresh cilantro

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2) Spread sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion on a large sheet pan, placing most of the seasoning over the chicken.
3) In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and lemon pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken and veggies (focusing more on the chicken).
4) Toss everything together gently to coat.
5) Add minced garlic and drizzle with olive oil, then toss again until well combined.
6) Roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
7) Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top before serving.
8) Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings!
