High-Protein Turkey Sandwich
This 5-minute lunch packs flavor and protein!
Ingredients:
2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread (or any high-fiber, whole grain bread)
4 slices Boar’s Head Oven Gold Turkey Breast
1 slice Boar’s Head American Cheese
¼ avocado, sliced or mashed
A handful of microgreens or alfalfa sprouts
Optional: mustard, mayo, or your favorite sandwich spread
Directions:
1) Toast the bread if desired.
2) Layer one slice of bread with the turkey, cheese, avocado, and microgreens or sprouts.
3) Add any additional spread or seasoning you like.
4) Top with the second slice of bread, slice in half, and enjoy!
