Frozen Yogurt Date Caramel Chocolate Bark
Creamy, sweet, slightly salty, and so satisfying — the perfect frozen snack.
Ingredients
Yogurt Layer
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
Date Caramel
6 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp peanut butter
1–1½ tbsp warm water
pinch sea salt
Chocolate + Toppings
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
flaky sea salt
Instructions
Yogurt layer
Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt.
Spread onto parchment about ½ inch thick.
Freeze 20–25 minutes until firm.
Date caramel
Blend dates, peanut butter, warm water, and salt until smooth and thick.
Assemble
Spread caramel over frozen yogurt.
Drizzle melted chocolate.
Top with pistachios and flaky salt.
Freeze again
Freeze 20–30 minutes until solid.
Break into bark pieces.
