High-Protein Viral Dill Pickle Dip

Creamy, tangy, crunchy, and packed with protein — a twist on the viral pickle dip.

Ingredients

Creamy Base

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • black pepper to taste

Mix-Ins

  • ¾ cup dill pickles, finely chopped (about 3–4 spears)

  • ¼ cup kimchi pickles, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup Persian cucumber, diced small

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 3 slices Canadian bacon, diced and crisped

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)

Instructions

1) Crisp the bacon
Cook chopped Canadian bacon in a pan 2–3 minutes until slightly crispy.
Let cool.

2) Blend base
Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, pickle juice, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until smooth.

3) Mix
Transfer to a bowl and stir in:
pickles, kimchi pickles, cucumber, onion, cheddar, dill, and bacon.

4) Chill
Refrigerate 20–30 minutes to thicken and develop flavor.
