Peach Arnold Palmer

A refreshing summer drink made with real peaches, lemonade, and iced tea. It tastes surprisingly close to your favorite peach iced tea, but with the fresh flavor of real fruit. Perfect for hot summer days, backyard BBQs, or keeping in the fridge all week long.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2–3

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup Simply Lemonade

  • 2 cups unsweetened black iced tea

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Ice

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh mint

  • Peach slices

  • Lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Add the peeled peaches, Simply Lemonade, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.

  2. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. For a smoother drink, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.

  4. Fill two glasses with ice.

  5. Divide the peach lemonade mixture between the glasses until each is about half to two-thirds full.

  6. Slowly top each glass with the unsweetened iced tea.

  7. Garnish with fresh mint, peach slices, or a lemon slice if desired.

  8. Stir gently before enjoying.

Notes

  • If your peaches are very ripe, you may not need as much honey.

  • Straining the peach mixture creates a smoother, café-style drink, but you can skip this step if you prefer more fiber and texture.

  • Store any leftover peach lemonade mixture in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and add the iced tea just before serving for the freshest flavor.
