Ninja Creami Pineapple Whip
Skip the trip to the boardwalk and make this creamy, refreshing pineapple whip right at home! Made with simple ingredients, this lighter version is packed with tropical flavor and has the perfect soft-serve texture.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen pineapple
½ cup lite canned coconut milk
¼ cup Fairlife 2% milk
2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 tablespoons honey (optional, depending on the sweetness of your pineapple)
Tiny pinch of salt
Instructions
Add the frozen pineapple, lite coconut milk, Fairlife milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the MAX FILL line.
Freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
Process using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
If the mixture is slightly crumbly after the first spin, add 1–2 tablespoons of Fairlife milk and press Re-Spin until smooth and creamy.
Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
