Green Goddess Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 Just Bare chicken strips

  • 2 large burrito-size flour tortillas

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • shaved parmesan cheese

  • avocado (optional)

Green Caesar Dressing

  • 1/2 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt

  • small handful fresh basil

  • small handful parsley

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • salt + pepper to taste

  • splash of water if needed

Directions

  1. Air fry chicken strips according to package directions until extra crispy.

  2. While the chicken cooks, add all dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Toss chopped romaine with dressing and shaved parmesan.

  4. Slice chicken strips diagonally.

  5. Fill tortillas with Caesar salad mixture and sliced chicken.

  6. Add avocado if desired.

  7. Roll tightly and lightly toast in a pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

  8. Slice in half and enjoy
