Middle Eastern Lazy Cake Recipe (No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake)

This Middle Eastern Lazy Cake is one of those nostalgic no-bake desserts that instantly reminds me of summer BBQs, family parties and holidays growing up. Made with tea biscuits, cocoa powder, butter and sweetened condensed milk, this easy chocolate biscuit cake comes together with no oven required and is always one of the first desserts to disappear.
