Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad

A creamy, spicy, high-protein salad made with rotisserie chicken and Greek yogurt — ready in 5 minutes and perfect for lunch, meal prep, or a snack.

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1–2 tablespoons hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1 teaspoon ranch seasoning (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp dried dill)
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: shredded cheddar cheese or crumbled blue cheese
Optional topping: Everything but the Bagel seasoning, chili flakes, or drizzle of ranch

Directions:
1) In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
2) Add the shredded chicken, celery, and scallions, and mix well to coat everything in the buffalo ranch mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese if using.
3) Chill for 10 minutes if you like it cold — or serve immediately.

Serving Ideas:
Scoop onto crackers or cucumber slices.
Stuff into lettuce wraps, pita pockets, or English muffins.
Serve over greens or use as a protein-packed sandwich filling.
