Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte (Blender Method)

A fruity, earthy, and refreshing drink that’s better than Starbucks — and way cheaper!

Ingredients (Serves 1):
Strawberry layer:
3–4 fresh strawberries, chopped
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1–2 tbsp water (to help blend)
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional but recommended)

Matcha layer:
1 tsp ceremonial or latte-grade matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water (not boiling)

To assemble:
½ cup oat milk or milk of choice
Ice

Directions:
1) Make the strawberry purée: In a small blender, blend the strawberries, honey/maple syrup, vanilla, and a splash of water until smooth. Pour into the bottom of your glass.
2) Add ice and milk: Fill the glass with ice, then pour your milk over the strawberry layer.
3) Whisk the matcha: In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water using a matcha whisk or handheld frother until smooth and slightly frothy.
4) Layer the matcha: Gently pour the whisked matcha over the milk layer — aim for a beautiful green-on-pink swirl.
5) Serve & enjoy: Stir if you’d like or leave it layered for the aesthetic. Enjoy immediately!
