Strawberry Crumble Cottage Cheesecake Cups

A High-Protein Dessert That Actually Tastes Like Cheesecake

Serves: 2

Cheesecake Layer

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese

  • 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Squeeze fresh lemon

  • Tiny pinch salt

Blend everything with a hand blender or blender until completely smooth and thick like cheesecake filling. Set aside.

Juicy Strawberries

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup

  • Squeeze lemon

  • Tiny pinch salt

Mix together and let sit 5–10 minutes until glossy and juicy.

Buttery Crumble

  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • Pinch cinnamon

  • Tiny pinch salt

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Stir in melted butter until crumbly and slightly clumpy.

  3. Toast in a pan over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes until golden.

  4. Let cool completely to crisp.

Assemble

Layer in clear cups:

  1. Cheesecake layer

  2. Juicy strawberries

  3. Crumble

  4. Repeat

Top with extra crumble and a fresh strawberry slice. Serve immediately or chill 20–30 minutes for a thicker cheesecake texture.
