Peanut Butter Cup Crunch Yogurt Bowl (No-Cook Snack or Dessert)

This creamy, crunchy yogurt bowl tastes like a peanut butter cup — but it takes just a few minutes to make and comes together in one bowl. It’s perfect as a high-protein snack or an easy dessert.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Oikos)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp peanuts (chopped or whole)

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)

  • 1 Quaker chocolate rice cake, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl.

  2. Stir in the peanut butter until creamy and fully mixed.

  3. Top with peanuts and dark chocolate chips.

  4. Crumble the chocolate rice cake over the top for crunch.

  5. Enjoy immediately!
