Peanut Butter Cup Crunch Yogurt Bowl (No-Cook Snack or Dessert)
This creamy, crunchy yogurt bowl tastes like a peanut butter cup — but it takes just a few minutes to make and comes together in one bowl. It’s perfect as a high-protein snack or an easy dessert.
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Oikos)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp peanuts (chopped or whole)
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
1 Quaker chocolate rice cake, crumbled
Instructions
Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl.
Stir in the peanut butter until creamy and fully mixed.
Top with peanuts and dark chocolate chips.
Crumble the chocolate rice cake over the top for crunch.
Enjoy immediately!
