Pumpkin Avocado Swirl Brownies

Fudgy chocolate meets cozy pumpkin spice — a fall brownie you’ll crave year-round.

Ingredients (makes 9–12 brownies):
Brownie Base:
1 ripe Hass avocado, mashed until smooth
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup maple syrup (or honey)
2 eggs
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Pumpkin Swirl:
½ cup pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
2 tbsp Chobani Greek yogurt (or cream cheese)
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan (or 1.5-quart glass dish) with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
3) Add almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, eggs, chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt. Mix until thick and glossy.
4) In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
5) Spread the brownie batter evenly into the pan.
6) Dollop the pumpkin mixture over the top and swirl gently with a knife or toothpick.
7) Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still looks slightly glossy (it will firm as it cools).
8) Cool completely before slicing for the fudgiest texture.
