Honey Garlic Salmon Bites

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
Salmon Bites

1 lb fresh Atlantic salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1–2 tbsp olive oil (Graza works great)
1 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey)
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
2–3 garlic cloves, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

To Finish
Extra hot honey drizzle
Sesame seeds
Sliced scallions
Lemon wedges

Directions:
1) Season: Add salmon cubes to a bowl. Toss with olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

2) Air Fry (recommended for best caramelization): Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add salmon in a single layer. Cook 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway. (Stovetop option: Sauté in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.)

3) Finish + Serve: Drizzle with hot honey, top with sesame seeds and scallions. Great over rice bowls, salads, vegetables, or tacos.
