Honey Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Korean BBQ vibes, right at home!

Ingredients (Serves 4–5)
For the chicken:
10–12 chicken drumsticks
1½ tbsp olive oil
1½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

For the honey-garlic glaze:
⅓ cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2–3 tbsp chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional but brightens the glaze)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions
1. Season the Drumsticks: Pat drumsticks dry. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

2. Air Fry or Bake: Air Fryer: 390°F for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway. They should be crisp and golden.
Oven: 425°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil 1–2 minutes at the end for crispiness.

3. Make the Honey-Garlic Glaze While the chicken cooks: In a small pan over medium heat, add: honey, minced garlic, splash of broth, soy sauce + lemon juice, if using. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.

4. Toss to Coat: Add hot drumsticks straight into the warm glaze. Toss until shiny and sticky. Garnish with parsley.
