Cinnamon Roll Latte

A cozy bakery moment in a mug!

Ingredients (1 latte)
1 cup Silk Almond Milk
1–2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to sweetness)
½ tsp cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
1–2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong coffee

Optional topping:
A small drizzle of cream cheese icing (recipe below)
Cinnamon dusting

Directions:
1. Warm the Almond Milk: Add Silk Almond Milk to a small saucepan and heat until warm (don’t boil).
2. Make the Cinnamon Roll Milk
Whisk in: Maple syrup, Cinnamon & Vanilla. Froth using a handheld frother or whisk until creamy and foamy.
3. Brew the Espresso: Add espresso or strong coffee to your favorite mug.
4. Pour + Swirl: Slowly pour the warm frothy almond milk over the espresso. Dust with cinnamon.
5. Optional Drizzle a tiny swirl of “cream cheese icing” on top to make it look like a cinnamon roll. Recipe below.

Mini Cream Cheese Icing (for latte drizzle)- optional
Ingredients:
1 tbsp softened cream cheese (room temp works best)
1–2 tsp Silk almond milk
½–1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness + shine)
Tiny pinch of cinnamon (optional)

How to Make It (30 seconds):
In a small bowl, mash the softened cream cheese with a spoon.
Add 1 teaspoon almond milk and mix.
Add a drop of maple syrup.
Stir until smooth and drizzle-able.
If it’s too thick → add a few more drops of almond milk.
If it’s too thin → add a tiny bit more cream cheese.
It should look like a thin frosting, not runny, not thick — just enough to drip off a spoon in a thin line.
