Cadbury Peanut Butter Date Bites

Ingredients
6–8 Medjool dates, pitted
3–4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (slightly salted works best)
4–6 Cadbury mini eggs (rainbow or classic), roughly chopped
1–2 ounces dark chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions
Prepare the dates
Slice each date open lengthwise, keeping it intact to form a small “boat.”Add the peanut butter
Fill each date with about 1–2 teaspoons of peanut butter, smoothing slightly with the back of a spoon.Add the Cadbury eggs
Roughly chop the Cadbury eggs and press a small amount into each date. Leave a few larger pieces for texture and visual appeal.Drizzle the chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate and lightly drizzle over each bite.Finish with sea salt
Sprinkle a small pinch of flaky sea salt over each piece to enhance the flavor.Chill (optional)
