Yogurt-Marinated Steak Bites
This yogurt marinade creates the juiciest, most flavorful steak!
Ingredients
1 lb R.L. Top Round roast, cut into bite-sized cubes
½ cup Chobani plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Pompeian olive oil
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional dip:
½ cup Chobani plain Greek yogurt
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Pinch salt + pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add steak cubes, toss to coat, and marinate at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
Heat a skillet until very hot. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.
Serve immediately with toothpicks and yogurt dip, or pile over a salad/bowl for a full meal.
