Snickers Date Bark (Healthy + No Bake)

Simple ingredients turned into a divine freezer treat!

Ingredients (makes 10–12 pieces)
Date base
16 Medjool dates, pitted and pressed into a rectangle (about 8×10 inches)

Cookie-dough layer
4 Tbsp almond butter (smooth, unsalted recommended)
3 Tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
1½–2 tsp maple syrup (optional — helps spread + cookie-dough texture)

Chocolate shell
¾ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
1½ tsp coconut oil

Snickers-style toppings
2–3 Tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped
Pinch flaky sea salt

Directions
1) Flatten the date base: Line a small sheet pan or plate with parchment. Press dates tightly together into a single rectangle.
2) Make the cookie-dough layer: Stir almond butter + almond flour + maple syrup until smooth, thick, and dough-like. Spread evenly over dates using lightly oiled fingers or a spatula.
3) Add the chocolate: Melt chocolate + oil in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until glossy. Pour over the cookie-dough layer and spread to coat.
4) Finish + set: Sprinkle roasted peanuts + flaky sea salt over the top. Freeze 15–20 minutes until firm.
5) Break + enjoy: Cut or snap into bark pieces. Store in fridge (1 week) or freezer (2 months).
