Mango & Pineapple Tajín Skewers with Lime
They’re sweet, tangy, and just a little spicy!
Ingredients
2 ripe mangos, peeled and cut into cubes
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1–2 tablespoons Tajín seasoning (to taste)
1–2 tablespoons Chamoy (optional, for drizzling)
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Skewers (wooden or metal)
Directions
1) Prep fruit: Cut mango and pineapple into bite-sized cubes.
2) Assemble: Thread fruit onto skewers (mango only, pineapple only, or alternate them).
3) Season: Sprinkle Tajín all over.
4) Add flavor: Drizzle with lime juice and Chamoy (if using).
5) Serve: Chill until ready to serve!
